In the 1960s, Johnny worked at a big name plumbing company and watched how corporate decisions were made far away from the Austin community. He envisioned something different. a family-owned business that was truly part of the community it served, one that valued its team and would never let corporate greed compromise honest service. That vision became Johnny Rooter Plumbing.

Today, Johnny Rooter is a second generation family-owned and operated business serving the greater Austin area since 1993. We still serve many of the same customers Johnny earned decades ago, including their friends, coworkers, and even their kids. By striving each day to ensure our team is happy and our customers are even happier, we've built a reputation as the quality, home-grown plumbing service you can rely on.
